QUOTE from John Roger, DSS

As you explore your inner space more and more, you come to have a clearer understanding of who you are. In that understanding is compassion and acceptance and loving; judgments fade. Harshness is replaced by gentleness. Rule by the sword is replaced by an inner discipline that consistently chooses positive expression. Law is replaced by Grace.

WOMEN

I came across this amazingly powerful piece regarding WOMEN. It spoke to me deeply and I wanted to share it with you all. It comes from Sonia Johnson, Going Out of Our Minds: The Metaphysics of Liberation. I hope you enjoy it too!

WOMEN

Since women are the pioneers of the new world, what is required of us is the most prodigious and difficult, the most enduring faith ever required of any people: Faith not in god (or goddess) but in ourselves, in our own voices, in our own judgment, our own abilities, right now, this minute, and despite everything!

Faith in our own world view…
Faith that we are here on this planet at just this time to midwife to human race through a rebirth of spirit and mind such as never before witnessed on earth. Faith in a miracle…
We are the ones we have been waiting for.

I believe we are the ones we have been waiting for! I am realizing the more true I am to myself the more powerful I become in my life. My wish and hope for each of you is to follow your heart and live your truth.

Blessings, Rhonda

Uncharted Territory

It all begins with an idea.

John and I have been staying home and staying safe.  We are in uncharted territory with this Corona Virus 19.  We are doing our best to stay focused and present to the moment.

We realize that with families, couples staying home, working from home and being together for longer periods of time during the day that it can be challenging.

I mentioned to John the other day that I am glad we like each other so much.  We do enjoy each others company.  And we also like our time apart.  We have been home bound and spending a lot more time together.

One of the ways I stay sane is working in my garden. My yard has never looked so good.  Weeds have been pulled and my veggies are growing.  I’ve also been exploring some different creative endeavors, which I enjoy very much.

It is a time to focus on yourself and also focus on your relationships.  When I take the time to take good care of myself, I am much more available to be present to my relationship.

If you have taken our Couples Weekend workshop, it’s a good reminder to use your candle ceremony. It is a simple ritual that can deepen your connection to each other. Remember to check in with each other and do things together that you enjoy.

If you find you are having a difficult time and need some clarity, some support, we offer Couples Coaching and would love to support you.

Sending loving blessings to all.
