If you think of Authenticity as a daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are:

Choosing authenticity means:

- Cultivating the courage to be imperfect, to set boundaries, and to allow ourselves to be vulnerable;

- exercising the compassion that comes from knowing that we are all made of strength and struggle; and

- nurturing the connection and sense of belonging that can only happen when we believe that we are enough.

1)  What does authenticity mean to you personally?

2) Think of a recent time when you were not authentic with someone else or a group. What did you do to ‘fit in” and/or be accepted? How did you feel about yourself?

3)  Think of a recent time when you were authentic with someone else or a group. How did you feel about yourself?

4)  There are times we struggle to be authentic because of the negative stories our inner voices tell us. What is one message you currently have about yourself that gets in your way of being truly authentic?

5) What is a positive story or message you have about yourself that supports you in being authentic?

6)  Choose one gift you have been hiding from the world that you are now willing to offer the world going forward? Take some time to look in the mirror… look deep into your eyes… take a deep breath… and claim your gift.

 Our purpose is to teach, guide, inspire and empower transformational change.

 We co-create relationships where we support our clients to achieve and exceed their goals.  We help clients solve communication problems at all levels and in doing so create deeper levels of trust.  We create empowerment and personal successes.

Our unique form of Transformational Coaching is created from our combined 30 plus years of guiding others through the stuck places in their lives. What distinguishes great leaders from merely good ones is emotional intelligence.  EQ is a group of five skills that enable the best leaders to maximize their own and their followers performance. Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills - we each have different levels of proficiency with these essential skills.  We can strengthen these abilities through persistence, practice, and feedback from Transformational Coaching.

Get more of what you want in life and less of what you don’t want. Experience transformational change of old dynamics, old patterns of behavior and old irrational belief systems that no longer serve you in your life. Research has shown that the most successful leaders have strengths in the above emotional intelligence competencies. The best leaders don’t know just one style of leadership-they are skilled at several, and have the flexibility to switch between styles as the circumstances dictate.

Are you ready to be an upbeat, inspirational leader, either in your own life or in leading others, who cultivates positive employees who embrace and surmount even the toughest challenges? Emotional Leadership isn’t just putting on a game face every day. It means understanding your impact on others – then adjusting your style accordingly. A difficult process of self-discovery – yet essential before you can tackle your leadership responsibilities.

Application and integration are key elements of Transformational Coaching - applying new learning is essential to success.

What if you really could have what you wanted most in your life? You can!

 Guiding Principles – We are guided by a belief in the interconnectedness and interdependency of all beings, such that every member of an organization is of inherent and significant value. We are also guided by the belief that we are connected with community at large. We regard every individual as possessing the wisdom and the power to best determine their unique destiny. Our job as guides is to take persons through a cathartic process, facilitate the emergence of a common mindset, and commit them to a positive plan of action. In doing so we seek to understand the wisdom in every person’s contributions, and trust that the soul of the organization will be reveled if the individual hearts of all participants in the organization are well received.

Our beliefs are guided by persons who are in a transformational state, they see things with simplicity and grace that is conferred only to those who have transcended complexity. These persons tend to have a view of the system that is both profoundly deep and profoundly simple. Because they have a deep understanding, they can offer an image, make a statement, or ask a question and the organizations change. By using their transformational leadership tools, they get others to reframe their assumptions. When the assumptions or system changes, the behavior changes.  This leads to increase both corporate performance and personal satisfaction.
