Guiding Principles – We are guided by a belief in the interconnectedness and interdependency of all beings, such that every member of an organization is of inherent and significant value. We are also guided by the belief that we are connected with community at large. We regard every individual as possessing the wisdom and the power to best determine their unique destiny. Our job as guides is to take persons through a cathartic process, facilitate the emergence of a common mindset, and commit them to a positive plan of action. In doing so we seek to understand the wisdom in every person’s contributions, and trust that the soul of the organization will be reveled if the individual hearts of all participants in the organization are well received.

Our beliefs are guided by persons who are in a transformational state, they see things with simplicity and grace that is conferred only to those who have transcended complexity. These persons tend to have a view of the system that is both profoundly deep and profoundly simple. Because they have a deep understanding, they can offer an image, make a statement, or ask a question and the organizations change. By using their transformational leadership tools, they get others to reframe their assumptions. When the assumptions or system changes, the behavior changes.  This leads to increase both corporate performance and personal satisfaction.
